LOCATION:Parade starts at the Courthouse parking lot and proceeds South on 1st Street SW\, East (left) on Clarksville Street at the SW Corner of the Plaza\, down Clarksville Street to 12th SE\, turn North (left) on 12th SE to Lamar Avenue. At Lamar Avenue go West (left) back to downtown returning to point of beginning.
