DESCRIPTION:PCT and The Paris News is hosting this event prior to the production of "Pride and Prejudice" at Paris Community Theatre.\n\nThis is a fund raiser at Paris Golf & Country Club. \n\nIn addition to tea and finger foods\, there will be lectures and demonstrations. Sydney Young\, a long-time PCT member theater supporter\,  and Ruth Ann Alsobrook a former Jane Austen Society member will present "Women and Laws in the Austen Era Society."   Christina Van Pay\, director of the upcoming production of Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" will give a short director's perspective on the play.
