In Lamar County\, United Way is partnering with the Downtown Food Pantry\, United Healthcare\, and Operation Empower of the Boys & Girls Club to give the hungry families and children of our community a welcoming and comfortable place to enter our community services. On Saturday\, June 24th\, 8:30 am\, join us by participating in the painting and rejuvenation or by donating an english or spanish-language children's book to the children's area.
