Hi, I’m Trey Peeples, owner of NETX Softwash, LLC. When I started this business right here in Paris, Texas, my goal was simple: to provide our community with a premium exterior cleaning service built on trust, safety, and true structural care. We treat every property—whether it’s a local family home or a massive multi-story commercial development—as if it were our own.

Unlike traditional high-pressure power washing that can blast away paint or force destructive water into roofing and delicate stucco, our team specializes in advanced, low-pressure softwashing. We utilize safe, eco-friendly chemistry under 150 PSI to eliminate mold, mildew, and heavy bug nests at the root without causing any surface damage.
