Holiday In Paris $10,000 Give Away: YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN and must be 18 years of age or older to win. Shop Local Drawing Rules/Regulations: You must present to win. You must be at least 18 years of age (born before 12/20/1993. You will need to be on the Downtown Square by 6:30 p.m. on December 20th, 2011. (Due to a large crowd at last year's event, you will not want to wait until the last minute to arrive). Drawing will be at 7:00 p.m. for the grand prizes and the door prize drawings will begin at 6:00 p.m. You will have only 5 minutes to reach the staging area (downtown fountain) once the winning ticket number is called. If a winner is not located after 5 minutes another ticket number will be drawn. If you choose to wait in your car please listen to radio stations for live broadcast as the ticket numbers are being called out. (K95.5, KOYN 93.9, KBUS 101.9, MIX 107.7, KPLT AM 1490 and 96.3 FM). Police Security will be located on all 4 sides of the Plaza to help assist anyone needing to make their way to the staging area. The streets will be shut down on the square and traffic rerouted at 5:30 p.m. on December 20th. Recommended parking lots are: County Court House parking lot, United Methodist Church parking lot, City Hall parking lot, First Baptist Church parking lot, and Market Square parking lot. The Trolley de Paris will be making stops at the following locations to transport people to the downtown area starting at 5:30 p.m. and the last stop will be at 6:30 p.m.: 7th & Bonham St. (Medicine Chest & Save A Lot); and Corner of 6th & Clarksville St. (Post office & CVS). Inclement Weather Plan or Unforseen Circumstances: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances arise the drawing will be postponed in 30 minute increments (7:30 and 8:00) and at 8:00 p.m. if bad weather still exists the event will be postponed for at least 7 days. If inclement weather arises prior to the drawing, listen to the following radio stations for updates on drawing: K95.5, KOYN 93.9, KBUS 101.9, MIX 107.7, KPLT AM 1490 and 96.3 FM. Participants Ineligible to win: Lamar County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Staff and immediate family members (to include children & parents) are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Business owners, managers and employees, and members of their immediate family cannot participate in the drawing in their own businesses.
