Shannon Miles Group | eXp Realty is looking for a dependable, professional REALTOR® to assist our team with property showings in Paris and the surrounding Northeast Texas area.
This is a great fit for an active licensed agent who wants additional income and enjoys working with buyers without necessarily taking on responsibility for lead generation, marketing, or managing the entire client relationship.
Our Showing Agent will primarily assist with scheduled buyer showings when members of our team are unavailable. Properties may include residential homes, homes on acreage, land, new construction, and rural properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Showing properties to buyer clients
- Providing a professional, friendly client experience
- Communicating promptly with our team before and after showings
- Following showing instructions and property access procedures
- Sharing helpful observations from the showing with the lead agent
- Representing Shannon Miles Group professionally in the field
Requirements:
- Active Texas real estate license in good standing
- Current REALTOR® membership
- MLS and electronic lockbox access
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and punctuality
- Comfortable driving throughout Paris, Lamar County, and surrounding Northeast Texas communities
- Professional, client-focused demeanor
This is a showing-focused opportunity, not a traditional full-time sales position. Compensation will be provided per showing or showing assignment and discussed with qualified applicants.
