Celebration for Texas Healthy Communities

Recognizing those involved with implementing environmental and policy changes that have helped create a healthier Lamar County.
A few of this years accomplishments:  Women, Infant, and Children (WIC)_ and their implementation of a breastfeeding support group for mothers and future moms and sustainability of the program.  Paris Regional Medical Center becoming Texas Ten Step designated and a Mother-Friendly worksite.
Paris Emergency Medical Service achieving the Mission: Lifeline EMS recognition.
