East Texas Speedway Circle Track Racing

We have a new attraction in our county, a new circle track racing facility just a few miles West of Paris around Petty.  They will be having a race each week (weather permitting) until close to the end of the year. They are having their 3rd race this weekend.  Races start at 7pm on Saturday evening and are usually over anywhere between 1am and 4am on an early Sunday morning.  The Sprint Cars were featured at last weeks race bringing people from 3 states.  This week the COMPS Cams Super Dirt Series will be at the track!!!  Participants will be traveling from Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Oklahoma and all over Texas!!!  There are talks with racing organizations about potentially going to be hosting a week long series of races.
