Save Your Skin 5K Color Celebration Run/Walk
May is Melanoma awareness month. So lace up those shoes and help raise awareness for SKIN CANCER. Operation: Save Your Skin, which is founded by a 15 year old student, is holding its first 5k Color Celebration run/walk. 100% of the proceeds will go to increasing skin cancer prevention resources in the community. If you don't know what a Color Celebration Run is; Color Celebration Run is a five-kilometer, un-timed race in which participants, or ?Color Runners?, are doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer. With only two rules, the idea is easy to follow: 1.Wear white at the starting line 2.Finish plastered in color!
